Who are we?

The Richfield Symphonic Band has been sharing the magic of making music with its members and the public since 1979. The band is a freestanding 501 (c) nonprofit. Rehearsals are Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at Richfield High School. See the current schedule page for dates and times.

Membership usually numbers about 40 but varies with the seasons due to the annual migration of the "Minnesota Snowbird". We are bound together by our enthusiasm for making  music. An enthusiasm that timelessly reaches thru generations binding young and old together in creating an enjoyment that enriches an important part of our lives. We hope to share that enthusiasm and enjoyment with the public thru our performances. Our repertoire includes show tunes, patriotic tunes, concert band pieces, marches, circus music, and anything else that catches our collective ears.

Since membership constantly fluctuates, all membership inquiries are welcome.
